Each installation designed and constructed, after being tested internally at full speed, is then installed directly by the customer; this helps reduce the machine start-up time and guarantees immediate production of the parts required.

Several installations have been constructed for the assembly of electric motors, electric switches, components in the automotive sector, assembly and testing of electrical appliances, etc.

Apart from the assembly lines, Pelizzari also has a consolidated experience in constructing turntable and robot-operated island assembly machines which complete a wide range of tailor-made solutions for the customer.
It is for this reason that Pelizzari also produces semi-automatic and modular assembly lines where, thanks to a motorised pallet transport system, each manual workstation is coupled automatically thus controlling assembly schedules and reducing downtimes: this is the case of the EAL (Easy assembly Line)
